Note: While these versions contain new features and/or bug fixes compared to the official releases, they are works-in-progress. Our bleeding edge code is generally quite stable, but some times new problems arise. These builds are provided so you can help us find those bugs so that we can squeeze them.

[edit] Windows testing versions

Currently we don't have any automated way to build testing binaries, but we hope to change that in the future. Meanwhile, this table holds some links to unofficial testing builds.

1. ↑ Fixed missing file in installation
2. ↑ B0rked, missing a couple of SVGs (can be obtained through git, web interface available at sf.net http://performous.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb-index.cgi). Please download files "songs_has_hiscore.svg", "songs_hiscores.svg", "tail.svg", "tail_drumfill.svg", "tail_glow.svg" inside themes/default
3. ↑ Fixed "performous-cmd.exe" to pass argument to main executable
4. ↑ Fixed installer and show of Performous Windows (no more cmd windows, but available at "performous-cmd.exe")

[edit] Ubuntu PPA

We have a Launchpad PPA where .deb binary packages are being automatically build from git for both i386 and amd64 architectures. You can add the repository to your software sources by issuing the following command (karmic and lucid):

   $ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:performous-team/ppa

Note: These builds have the optional MIDI drum and webcam support enabled.

Note: Our PPA uploading procedure is still a work-in-progress, so use at your own risk.
